Hey all, last few days have been very quiet, just getting on with domestic stuff and important visa related things. I have got a temporary RUT ( equivalent to a National Insurance number) and I am in process of opening a bank account. I sent off my visa forms today, so fingers crossed that should go okay.
I have also got an appointment with a eminent gastroenterologist to sort out my colon. Hopefully that should go well.
The most important thing is I had an interview for a teaching job, and I start next week. It is with CODELCo ( one of the biggest company's in Chile). I will be teaching a small group of students twice a week. It's not great money, but great place to start and get experience and network. So a big Pisco |Sour for me later.
The weather has been great , a mild 25 today, a warm 29 tomorrow..woohooo.
Love to you all... missing |England. but not the weather.
Oh Ravi, what a great news !!! We're so happy for you, everything is going so well as expected and you're really such a lucky guy finding this job so quick !!! CONGRATULATIONS. The news about the visa is fantastic as well, with that you can do the most important things.
ReplyDeleteKeep enjoying to the top your new life at side of your beloved wife, we'll be following you and wishing you both always the best.xx
Ps. No wonder you're not missing England weather hehehe...
what's wrong with your colon? missing your semi colons? ;)
ReplyDeleteMy colonscopy results indicates there is a very small lescion or mass near the bottom end of my colon. At this stage it is pre-cancerous but it has to be removed pronto.I have been expectin considering i have been suffering from colitis for over 20 years. So I have to consider some options.. do I get it done here and pay, return to the Uk and get it done there ( already set up) or ignore ( there is a 50:50 chance it will not develop further). So some difficult decisions to take at the mo.
